The prison key is in the basement chest, the same one with the club. The iron key and the Jaguar key aren't found at all: you cast them yourself at the forge, the iron key in one go and the Jaguar key in three pieces.
How do you get the prison key in Deep Dish Dungeon?
Open the chest in the basement. The prison key is in there with a club, so if you remember picking up a club, that's the chest.
Where does the prison key go?
It opens the prison door at the bottom of a spiral staircase, and spider webs hide the way down. Burn them with a torch held in your right hand; a torch in your off hand won't do it.

How do you make the iron key?
Supply coal and scrap metal at the forge, then operate its upper lever to produce the iron key.
- Fill the Coal Supply under the forge until it reads 5/5.
- Put scrap metal into the crucible.
- Look around the upper side of the apparatus and operate the lever.
- Collect the iron key. The pickup message reads Iron Key (x1) added to inventory.
Heat alone won't make the key. If the coal and scrap are in and nothing happens, you haven't pulled the lever yet.
Where do you use the iron key?
On the door with a square lock plate beside it. It's a different door from the Jaguar door, so don't try it there.
How do you make the Jaguar key?
Bring the Jaguar key molds to the forge and cast the key in separate pieces using coal, scrap metal and the forging control.
- Carry a mold to the smelting apparatus and supply the materials.
- Operate the forging control to cast a piece. After the first piece, you still need two more.
- Bring another mold back and forge the next piece. After that, one piece remains.
- Find the remaining mold, supply the forge again and operate the control for the last piece.
Pick up coal and scrap metal whenever you see it while hunting for molds. One casting is only one piece, not the whole key.
How do you open the Jaguar door?
Finish forging all the Jaguar key pieces, then bring them back to the door with the Jaguar face and fit the pieces into it.
There are skeletons on the other side. Bring a better weapon than the club if you have one.
Where do you find the silver dagger?
On a pedestal in the room behind the Jaguar door, in front of a carved wall.
Picking it up shows New Treasure Found: Silver Dagger. It doesn't hit hard, but its description says it cuts through flesh and spirit.
